unpolished and unglazed, I love how you can see the different textures and patterns clay can take on when it isn’t perfectly compressed and smoothed. this intensely dark brown stoneware that appears black when unglazed reminds me of the black cocoa used to make oreos.
do not machine wash. to clean/dust, wipe gently with a damp cloth or paper towel. for more info on handling + care, go here
